TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

I’m an experienced trainer who has facilitated workshops and trainings at colleges, universities, podcasts, and professional conferences. My focus is on enhancing cultural competency when working with Latino and immigrant communities, as well as adapting evidence-based trauma treatments for Spanish-speaking clients. I bring warmth, practical insight, and cultural awareness to every training—equipping professionals with tools they can apply in real-world settings. I offer customized trainings, both virtually and in person.
