Immigration psychological evaluation are not Ongoing Services and services conclude upon delivery of the final written report to the client and/or designated attorney, as agreed in the original contract. Ongoing legal coordination is not included unless otherwise specified in writing.
The evaluation report will be released once it is completed to:
The client directly, and/ or
The attorney listed in the 8initial service agreement
It is the client's responsibility to retain a copy of the report for their records.
After services have concluded, requests for re-release of previously issued reports require:
*A written request from the client
*A signed authorization form (if releasing to a third party)
*Payment of the applicable administrative fee
Additional Administrative Fees:
*$200 - Re-release of archived reports to client
*$250 - Direct re-release to new attorney or third party within 1 year of evaluation completion.
*Expedited processing (within 48 hours): Additional $100
Processing time 5-7 business days after receipt of payment and authorization.
Requests for:
*Addendum letters
*Case status updates
*Clarification letters
*Communication with new legal representatives
*Revisions due to change in attorney
USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFE) responses
Require new service agreement and are billed separately.
Psychological evaluations reflect the client’s psychological functioning at the time of assessment. If a case has materially changed or significant time has passed (typically 12+ months), an updated evaluation may be clinically indicated and will require a new contract.

Records are maintained in accordance with state law. After the legally required retention period, files may be securely destroyed.
Immigration psychological evaluations are written forensic reports. Court appearance or legal testimony is not included in the standard evaluation fee.
If testimony, deposition, or court appearance is requested, the following terms apply:

All court-related services require a retainer paid in advance.
If the court date is canceled with less than 5 business days’ notice, the reserved time remains billable.

Legal strategy, advocacy, or expanded opinions outside the original evaluation require a new contract and additional review time.
