Clients are required to provide 24 hours notice if they need to cancel and/or reschedule. Providing less than 24 hours notice or no showing an appointment results in responsibility for full session fee.
Fee will be charged on the day of the missed appointment.

We offer therapy for adolescents and adults at this time.
At this time we do not accept insurance but we accept different payment methods.
This is your opportunity to get to know me and see if we’re a good fit! You’re welcome to share your current challenges, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. I encourage you to ask any questions and express any concerns you may have about starting therapy. If, by the end of our conversation, you feel comfortable moving forward, we’ll schedule your intake session, and I’ll provide a link to clinic policies and consent forms.
During the first 5–10 minutes of our session, we’ll go over informed consent, discuss how my practice operates, and address any questions or concerns you may have. The remainder of our time will focus on getting to know you—exploring different areas of your life, your background, and what brings you to therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to get a feel for our connection and determine if I’m the right therapist for you!
This is where the healing journey begins. Together, we’ll explore where you’d like to start, allowing the process to unfold naturally based on what comes up for you. Our sessions can be structured, open-ended, or a balance of both—whatever feels most comfortable for you. Over time, as we build trust, you’ll find a rhythm that works best, making each session feel more natural and supportive.
